Life is like a river. It can be ever changing and challenging. Most of the stress comes to the bends in our lives when we become overwhelmed with added factors that we have no control over. Sometimes, it takes looking back into our past to fix certain situations; we may need the help of a psychiatrist or maybe consulting with a counselor to help heal our past. For many of us, however, we only get stuck in a place where we are unable to grow in our basic needs, psychological needs and self-fulfillment needs.
Because we get caught in negative routines and continue with bad habits, it can be very hard to change certain behaviors that keep us from moving forward and upward successfully. This is not your fault. Everyone falls victim to unhealthy habits that can block them from reaching their goals and living life at the next level. Life coaching can help! Together, you and I will work on a plan that works best for you to change these behaviors that have kept you down for so long. We will set reasonable goals, work to obtain those goals and say goodbye to the old life you once lived.
As your life coach, my responsibility is to help you change negative behaviors into positive behaviors, give encouragement and empowerment while holding you accountable for each set goal we need to accomplish.
If you are a person that is un-coachable, life coaching is not for you. Only people who are ready to be challenged and are willing to be held accountable for putting in the work needed to change have the chance for success.
